What is your favorite ingredient for cocktails right now?

SL - Im really enjoying Rye Whiskey mainly for the smooth texture and sweet tastes. I've been experimenting with different cocktails but have yet to find something better than an Old Fashioned with a great rye whiskey.

What is your favorite ingredient for cocktails right now?

SK - Right now, it's Mezcal. It's a elaborate mixture of bitter and smokey. Always smokey with a roasted herbs taste, but finishes with subtle hints of citrus or floral. It's a liquor that allows me to make complex drinks so I've been experimenting with it quite a bit lately.
